Data processed and purposes
- Request form: name, email, period of interest, number of adults and children, country and message. We use them to answer your request and send you the programme and a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- News about upcoming seasons: your email, only if you tick the box. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without consequences.
- Technical data (e.g. IP address), logged by the hosting provider to keep the website secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visit statistics, collected in aggregate form with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without identifying visitors. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The required form fields are needed to answer you: without them we cannot follow up on your request.
Retention
Request data is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact; data for news until you withdraw your consent.
Recipients
Data is processed by the controller and by the website's technical providers, acting as data processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and statistics) and Formspree, Inc. (request form handling). It is never sold or disclosed. Both providers are based in the United States: data is transferred with the safeguards required by Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to oiuliano90@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority in your own country.
